Pritam has been associated with Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Maintenance Management for the past four decades. With his high degree of technical knowledge, manual dexterity with detail-oriented professionalism, Pritam has served major international airlines in different managerial roles. He is an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer by qualification with licenses on multiple wide-body aircraft and has won many credits during his tenure.

Shahil has been associated with Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Maintenance Management for the past two decades, he specialises in turnkey projects associated with airframe, engines, component, and Avionics. His previous full-time engagement with two OEM’s namely Embraer and Bombardier gives him an edge to understand the requirements laid down by regulatory authorities, part 145, part M requirement. He has also been associated in running an international MRO in a senior management capacity and his expertise is in setting up and executing effective business with effective cost control measures. He is a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer by qualification and has numerous trainings and achievements to his credit.
